INSTRUCTIONS & SUGGESTED USE:
- Download the form.
Windows users: RIGHT-CLICK on the download link and select "SAVE TARGET AS..." ("SAVE LINK AS..." in Netscape) and specify a location on your hard drive to store the form.
Macintosh users: Hold the CONTROL button down and click on the download link, then select "SAVE TARGET AS..." ("SAVE LINK AS..." in Netscape) and specify a location on your hard drive to store the form.
- Open the downloaded form ("CDP_PRINTSPECS_FORM.PDF") by double clicking on the file's icon.
- Entering information by clicking on the first field ("company name"). Advance to the next entry fields by pressing the TAB key or by clicking on the appropriate fields. You may revise the contents of previous entries at any time by clicking on those boxes or by holding the SHIFT key down while pressing the TAB key.
- SAVE the form upon supplying all applicable information.
- Send your print work order as an email attachment to info@creativemark.net, or print the form out and fax it to 510.217.9775.
